  • Why this belief is so deeply buried in the subconscious and so difficult to change

"I’m not enough" isn't just a feeling.
It's a subconscious program.
And programs can be deleted permanently."
"Before I learned the Clear Beliefs Method, something was missing in my coaching. When clients wanted to fully explore an issue, I was scratching at the surface. Now I can take them deep, feeling confident in my ability to bring them a transformational experience. After learning these powerful, practical methodologies, I was able to fully integrate these methods into my existing practice. These are universal tools."
~  Kathryn Grohusky, Leadership Coach.
"I'm not smart enough."
"I'm not experienced enough."
“I don’t know enough yet.”
"I'm not ready."
"There's something wrong with me."
“I’m not ________ enough.” (Fill in the blank.)

Your clients say these things to themselves – and sometimes out loud. You've probably said versions of them yourself.
"Not enough" is one of the most persistent limiting beliefs there is. It was formed in early childhood when you were actually smaller, less capable, and dependent on people who seemed to have everything you didn't.

A young child looks around at adults and older siblings and reaches a conclusion: "They can do things I can’t do. They have powers I don’t have. They know things I don’t know. There must be something wrong with me – it must be that I’m not enough.”

That conclusion hardens into a self-belief and a set of strategies. It runs silently in the subconscious mind, filtering perception and seeking evidence to confirm it. And no amount of achievement, validation, or positive self-talk can change it – because it isn't stored where logic lives.

As a practitioner, you see this constantly. The client who can't take a compliment. The one who shrinks back when you recommend they raise their rates. The one who has every reason to move forward and still can't take the step.

And if you're honest, you probably recognize traces of it in yourself, too.

There are dozens of approaches to solving this problem, and most produce only temporary or partial results. Just ignore it and do it anyway. Say these affirmations every day. Look for evidence to the contrary. Reframe the negative into a positive. Just look at all your success!

And yet it keeps coming back. Because these methods work at the conscious level. And beliefs operate from the subconscious mind.

The Clear Beliefs Method goes directly to the source.

In this free live session, I'll teach you the anatomy of this belief
- where it comes from, how it hides, and why it outlasts every success
- and then demonstrate live what it looks like to clear it permanently.

Not manage it. Not reframe it. Clear it.

"These practices are exceptionally powerful and life-changing. My clients love the release and freedom they experience. This is a top-of-the-line toolset for creating permanent change in others — and in oneself. I've studied many different disciplines, and in my opinion, it's the best."
~ Marcelo Celis, Business Coach.

About Lion Goodman

I've spent more than 50 years searching for the most effective tools for transformation - studying psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, linguistics, and spiritual and shamanic practices. I've experimented with hundreds of techniques and methodologies to find the ones that produce profound and permanent results.
I discovered that beliefs are the fundamental building block of the human mind. They are the infrastructure of the psyche. They operate beneath conscious awareness, shaping how we see ourselves, others, and the world.
Beliefs are not mental constructs. They are multidimensional lego blocks that form our identity and personality. When you change a belief at the core of the psyche – where it originally formed – the client’s entire inner landscape shifts. Not temporarily or partially. Profoundly and permanently.

I developed the Clear Beliefs Method to make this kind of transformation accessible, reliable, and repeatable for practitioners who want to create genuine, lasting results with their clients.

More than 700 professionals in 45 countries have graduated from this training, and always to rave reviews. I would love to share what I've learned with you.

Join me on March 11th, and I'll show you exactly what it looks like to clear one of the deepest and most universal beliefs that limit and diminish human beings.
Warmly,
Lion Goodman, PCC
"As coaches, we run right into our clients' blocks, struggles and challenges. I can now easily uncover the core beliefs that are underneath the difficulty – even when deeply buried. I can then clear it, opening space for them to achieve what they truly want. These skills are a monumental leap forward for coaches, healers, and therapists. The bonus is you get to do your own deep healing during the learning journey."
~ Nancy Smith, Clear Beliefs Coach.
